Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate brownie (From Baking with Chocolate with Mark Tilling)

20cm x 35 cm brownie tray for 12 portions

 

185 grams soft dark brown sugar

185grams unsalted butter

3 large eggs

185 grams plain flour

¼ teaspoon baking powder

100 grams cocoa liquor chocolate (cocoa pave)

370 grams dark chocolate

200grams mixed chocolate drops

 

Oven 170 degrees c

Mix brown sugar and butter

Add eggs a little at a time.

Fold in sieved flour and baking powder.

Melt chocolate and liquor.

 

Mix chocolate into mix and add 200grams drops.

 

Put into lined tin.

Bake for 30-45minutes  .
