Ingredients
1 cup for rice flour
1/2 tapioca flour
1 1/2 water
oil
Brilliant recipe and easy to make. My parents loved it too so that is good enough for me ! Like the lady in the video says, it is better to have two tins and it may take a few tries to get the right thickness. Once you have though it is easy. I used a 9 inch flan dish and 1/4 cup of mixture.
