Got the recipe from this group.
Soak some beans overnight (I soaked in boiling water for half an hour) to soften.
Rinse in water.
Add water and beans to the blender and blitz for a couple of minutes.
Drain through a muslin bag a couple of times.
Heat on the stove top, and add rock sugar to taste (I added some grated ginger as my little girls isn’t well).
