Portioning and budgeting! Gammon cost £10 portioned into 4 approx 600g each. I used the Ninja, pressure cooking function. Put the gammon on a trivet, cover in water add bay leaf, peppercorns, carrots and onions. Pressure cook for 12mins, natural release.
