Makes 10, 35g Each
200g Atta Flour
150g Hot Water
4g Salt
I use the stand mixer with the dough hook. Put the flour and salt in the bowl, turn on the machine and add the hot water slowly. Let the dough knead for 5 mins and rest for 15 to 30mins.
I cook the chapati on a pan until it bubbles and then puff up on the open flame.
