I used my 5inch square tin and scaled the recipe down to:
115g SR Flour
115g Sugar
115g Butter
2 large Eggs
2TBSP Milk
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
The Pink Custard
35g strawberry blancmange
1TBSP sugar
3/4 pint of milk
I baked at 160 fan for 40mins.
The next time I will try:
100g SR flour
50g sugar
100g Butter
2 medium eggs
1 1/2TBSP Milk
1/4tsp baking powder
1/2tsp vanilla extract
