Each cake has: 3.4g sugar, 8.4g flour, 3.4g oil, 5.8g Milk, 14g Egg. I believe each cake is about 90 calories each.
Ingredients makes 12
3 eggs
40g Sugar
70g semi skimmed milk
100g GF flour (or normal SR or PL)
40g oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
I baked in a muffin tray, 150 fan for 25mins.
You can use any flour you like and add more vanilla extract for a stronger taste.
