4 Teaspoons baking powder
8 Teaspoons carbonated water
1 1/2 Tablespoons Custard powder or Jello vanilla pudding mix.
1 stick or 100 g melted butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1.2 cups or 240 g fine brown sugar
4 medium eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup or 100 ml milk
