These are remarkably good and does not take long. You can make a big batch and freeze or keep in the fridge.
I used:
1 cup of prunes
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of pine nuts
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 1/4 cup oats
