Steamed Egg Cake 蒸雞蛋糕 by ViCki Lui
2 eggs
2 ts sugar
2 ts milk
2 ts oil
2 ts condensed milk
1 cup plain flour
2 ts baking power
2 ts custard powder
a bit of vanilla extract
Mix it well in a bowl
Place evenly amount into a small cup
Steam it for 20 mins and leave 5-10mins settle
