It took me two years of browsing Amazon before I finally bit the bullet of buying another gadget! My only regret is that I wish I had bought one earlier!

I tried several recipes out and none were quite right. In the end I made up my own:
Makes about six in my machine:
1TBSP Sugar
300g SR Flour
2 Eggs
75g butter ( reduce if you wish to 35g)
2 cups of milk approx
The batter needs a rise but not too much as it expands through the funnel in the machine. The batter needs to be the right consistency for it to flow into the machine and spread evenly.

These are a favourite in my household. I came across a Korean waffle pizza video recently and decided to give it ago. I had my reservations but oh my! they really are good!

once waffle is cooked spread with pizza sauce, cheese and topping and place in the oven or grill.
