Roast Hog!

We were lucky enough to have roast a hog at our home in August 2015.  The equipment was hired and the hog was supplied by the same company.  I cannot wait for the opportunity to get another one as it was delicious.  The next time though I will rub some chinese spice inside.

Quick Curry Tofu with mince lamb and pork

Heat pan with some oil and fry the mince lamb and pork, add some pataks madras paste and some water.  Fry for about 5 mins until the mince is cooked, add the tofu and cook for a few more minutes.  Add chilli flakes if you would like it hotter.

Tarka Dhal
