Roast Hog!

Quick Curry Tofu with mince lamb and pork
Heat pan with some oil and fry the mince lamb and pork, add some pataks madras paste and some water. Fry for about 5 mins until the mince is cooked, add the tofu and cook for a few more minutes. Add chilli flakes if you would like it hotter.
